Entries for the Scottish Resources Awards 2019 are now closed
This peer and/or self-nominated award recognises individuals or groups under the age of 30 who have stood out from the crowd during the last 12 months and have made a real difference to waste, recycling or to environmental sustainability in general and resource management in their local area, or on a regional or national project.
Applications are invited from those who can demonstrate innovation, passion, commitment and delivery that has, and is making a difference. We are keen to hear from you whether you have been active in influencing and promoting the circular economy, driving resource efficiency reducing waste or boosting recycling performance, raising awareness of environmental issues or working on any interesting project which you feel has made a positive impact on our environment.
The nomination should be no more than 250 words and include evidence of, or reference to::
- Brief description of the overall aims and objectives of the project they participated in
- Their role in delivering change and the improvement they have contributed to
- What drives them and how have they gone above and beyond to achieve this
